The beta

Ormas provides a local coding-task runner, MCP tools, a control plane, and a web portal. The beta is invite-only and may change. You remain responsible for reviewing, applying, testing, merging, and deploying every returned patch.

Use the service in good faith. Do not evade fees, probe other accounts, submit unlawful material, or use credentials you are not authorized to use. We may suspend access to protect users or the service.

Provider relationship

You supply and control your model-provider account and key. Provider usage is billed directly by that provider under its terms. Ormas service credits do not pay provider charges, and a failed Ormas task may still incur provider usage.

Ormas fees

For a successful verified delivery, the Ormas service fee is $0.20 per million input tokens plus $0.80 per million output tokens. A non-passing delivery or one without usable metering has a $0 Ormas service fee. Receipts and settlements are the authoritative accounting record.

New beta accounts receive a one-time $10 promotional Ormas balance. Promotional credit has no cash value, is non-transferable and non-refundable, and applies only to Ormas service fees. It is consumed before paid balance.

Purchased credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Except where law requires otherwise, used credits and promotional credits are not refundable. Contact support about an unused paid balance before closing an account.

What we do not promise

We do not promise uninterrupted service, that every task will succeed, or that a generated patch is correct, secure, or suitable for production. Automated verification narrows risk but does not replace your review. Ormas does not automatically merge or deploy customer code.

Termination and territory

You may stop using Ormas and revoke local keys at any time. Ormas may suspend access for abuse, risk, nonpayment, or beta operations.

The beta is offered only to invited users in the United States. It is not offered to people in the EU, EEA, UK, comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions, or anyone prohibited by applicable law. You must be at least 18.
