Terms

The deal

Ormas provides an API routing gateway, a web console, and documentation. We try to keep them accurate and online. We do not promise either.

By using the service you agree that:

1. You'll use it in good faith — no exploiting bugs to avoid fees, no impersonating other accounts, no abuse of the gateway.
2. You understand the savings figure is an estimate of your counterfactual cost. The fee is a real, exact number computed per turn from public model pricing. We bill on the fee, never on the estimate.
3. We may suspend access if we reasonably suspect you of (1) above.

What we don't promise

• That routing will save you money on every workload. Savings depend on your task mix; some traffic has no cheaper-but-equal option.
• That a routed model will always match your declared model's output. That's why every turn is quality-judged and falls back when in doubt — but no automated judge is perfect.
• That the API will remain stable while features are marked planned.

Fees and billing

• Free accounts pay a 17.75% tax on the declared model, only on turns we routed cheaper.
• Pro accounts ($30/mo) pay 8.875% on the same basis.
• Fallback turns and non-routed turns are not billed.
• BYOK: your provider key pays the inference; we tax the declared baseline rate.

Termination

You can stop using Ormas at any time — revoke your keys and point your client back at the provider directly. We can suspend your access if you violate the deal above. Your provider keys and accounts elsewhere are yours; we don't hold them.
